   Take advantage of our free 10 minute phone consultation. We’ll provide advice and suggestions and discuss your requirements for the type of job you have and how quickly you want it done.

2. Send us the project…
   

   If our proofreading or copywriting services can help you and satisfy your time requirements, we’ll take your contact details and ask you to send the project to us by e-mail in a MS Word or PDF format (you can also mail or deliver the project and we may be able to accept alternative formats).

3. Accept our proposal to complete the project…
   

   We’ll contact you with a written quote as soon as we receive your document and confirm your preferred payment method (cheque, PayPal or credit card).

4. And finally, expect to receive your completed project, on-time and on-budget!
   

   We’ll start working immediately, ensuring that we consult you for any further instructions we may need.  Your document will be returned to you in the time we agreed on (or even faster), with perfect spelling and grammar and any rewriting you asked for.
