If we miss any proofreading or copywriting error that we reasonably should have noticed and corrected, we will not charge you for the page upon which the error occurred. In addition, we will compensate you further by completing part, or all of, another project free of charge, as appropriate.

In the rare cases that there is a concern with our competence or accuracy (alas, the human element!), we promise to do everything we reasonably can to win back your trust and business.
