YourProofreader.com understands and respects the importance of your privacy. Accordingly, we ensure that all information received from you, including documents, business information, intellectual property, credit card details and contact information, is kept strictly confidential.

We will never sell this information, or otherwise disclose or make it available to outside parties. The only people who have access to it will be our employees or contractors, all of whom have confidentiality agreements with YourProofreader.com. Our internal access to your information is made available on a strict "need to know" basis.

We will sign a confidentiality agreement protecting your documents and intellectual property if you ask us to.

To further ensure your privacy, we will delete copies of all jobs from our records and databases within three months of completion (or earlier should you require that).
