These names and the Web site content cannot be used, copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, printed or modified without the express permission of Accelerated Performance Training Pty Ltd.

Written material from YourProofreader.com customers is received and returned in good faith and every reasonable effort is made to protect the intellectual property and privacy of our customers.
Our staff and contractors have signed confidentiality agreements with YourProofreader.com and we have established their bona fides to our complete satisfaction.
YourProofreader.com clients retain the sole copyright, ownership and control over all materials submitted to YourProofreader.com for proofreading and editing, including any materials subsequently created or developed by YourProofreader.com.
4. CONTENT OF SUBMITTED OR CREATED MATERIALS
Clients are advised that plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offences. YourProofreader.com does not endorse, recommend or support the content of any documents provided by, or created for, our clients. YourProofreader.com assumes neither responsibility nor liability for the infringement of third party copyright by its clients in the documents they submit to us.
In the day-to-day business use it makes of client documents, YourProofreader.com is not responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of computer viruses or related software, malware and spyware.
5. SERVICE QUALITY AND STANDARDS
YourProofreader.com is not responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as technical problems (including computer and server issues) or staff/contractor problems (such as sickness, accident, unforeseen unavailability, etc.) that are beyond our control.
6. ACCURACY OF CLIENT INFORMATION

The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors or issues, as well as legal liability resulting from its provision of false information.
YourProofreader.com is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method that may be used to purchase its services.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
The client agrees to indemnify and hold YourProofreader.com and its parent company, Accelerated Performance Training Pty. Ltd., their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of the site or service, or violation of the terms and conditions by the client, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
YourProofreader.com reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the client in the event that a client violates any or all of the terms and conditions contained in this document.
Furthermore, YourProofreader.com may, at its absolute discretion, discontinue or terminate operation of its services, Web site, or intellectual property without notice, at any time and for any reason.
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DISPLAYED ON THE YOURPROOFREADER.COM WEB SITE
The terms and conditions contained herein may be reviewed and amended, or revoked, at any time, for any reason and without notice.
